Commitment Ceremonies:

People who are unable or do not wish to marry legally can still share a beautiful ceremony with their family and friends. If you wish to have a commitment ceremony, I will put as much time and care into preparing for it as I would for a wedding ceremony. Should your circumstances change, either by law for same sex couples, or for other reasons, I would be delighted to be your celebrant at that time.

Special Birthdays:

Special birthdays are a time to celebrate and look back on your achievements throughout life. Whether you are looking to have a life speech for your own birthday, or for a loved one, I can write and deliver a celebratory speech to meet your needs.

Renewal of Vows:

Couples who have been married for some time may decide to renew their vows, to honour and celebrate their ongoing love and commitment to each other.  If you decide to renew your vows, I will work with your to create a personal ceremony which reflects how you feel about each other, and your lives together.

Baby Naming Days:

Congratulations on the birth of your baby!  A naming ceremony provides an opportunity for family and friends to get together and celebrate the birth of your baby, and to name godparents/mentors.

I consider it an honour to be able guide and assist families at their time of loss.  Whether you want a ceremony that celebrates your loved one’s life, or mourns their loss, it is my role to provide a personal service to facilitate this difficult time for you.

Pet Ceremonies:

Pets can become beloved members of our families, and losing a pet can cause us much emotional distress, and a need to say farewell in a more formal way.  I am particularly sensitive to the needs of children in this area.

House Warmings:

Moving to a new home?  If you are moving to a new home, you may wish to have a welcoming speech to celebrate the occasion.
